Königin von Saba
        Queen of Sheba (Cake) 
        Ingredients:
        1/ 4  lb. Butter, softened
        1/ 4lb. Sugar
1/4 lb. Bittersweet Chocolate
1/4 lb. grated or ground walnuts 
          25 grams or 1 heaping Tablespoon  Flour
          25 grams 1 heaping Tablespoon Cornstarch
          3 Egg yolks
        3 Egg whites 
        Directions: 
        1.Mix butter, sugar and egg yolks. 
        2. Melt chocolate, and mix with the butter, sugar, yolk mixture. 
        3. Add the ground walnuts, flour and cornstarch 
        4. Beat egg whites until soft and foamy. 
        5. Fold in eggwhites in batter with a spoon, not mixer. 
        6. Line a small loaf pan with waxpaper or wrapper from the butter. Fill with batter. 
        7. Bake at 325 degrees about hour or until done. 
        Dust with powdered sugar or a simple chocolate icing.
