Cut up the plums into slices and sugar lightly if you think they need a little sweetening.

Stretch the dough out thin onto a pan or a pizza peel.
If you are using a peel and a pizza stone, you will need to flour the board well or sprinkle
some cornmeal, to keep make sure it slides off easy onto the stone.

The sauce is blended cottage cheese with a bit of vanilla and sugar, in a processor
like a Magic or Nutri Bullet . Any food processor will work. You can also use sour cream and sweeten
it a bit.

Spread the filling on the dough.

Lay the plum slices on top of the sauce.
Now is a good time to Preheat your oven and the pizza stone if you are using it to 400 degrees F

Mix the flour, sugar cinnamon and butter together to make a nice crumbly Streusel.

Sprinkle as much Streusel on top as you desire.

Slide the kuchen onto the hot pizza stone when the oven is fully pre-heated.

Bake for 10 -15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are lightly browned and set.

Lift the Kuchen out and with the peel or spatulas and place on a cutting surface.

I like to brush the crust with some of the left over butter melted.
