      Grüne BohnensalatGreen Bean Salad with Radish and Almonds 
 This is a simple salad whose character depends almost soley on the fresh flavor of Green Beans 
 1. Blanch the green beans in salted water for a few minutes. with the Bohnenkraut. 2. Drain the green beans and "Shock" them, which means run cool water immediately  3. Toast the almonds in a non stick skillet. I heat the skillet till it is very warm and then turn it off.
