       GERMAN RED POTATO SALAD  
        6 lg. red potatoes 
          1 med sweet or red onion 
          3 med dill pickles 
          1 T cider vinegar 
          1 T veg oil 
          salt and pepper to taste. 
          Boil potatoes hole with skin till tender. Cut and place in bowl. Cut up all other ingredients and add to potatoes.  
          Add vinegar and oil then mix together. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or cold.
