GERMAN PANCAKE 1/4 CUP MARGARINE Melt margarine in 10-inch pan on low heat. Place eggs in mixing bowl, beat in sugar and nutmeg. Add flour, a small amount at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour 1/2 of the melted margarine into batter; beat well. Add milk, a small amount at a time, beating constantly. Pour batter into butter in pan. Bake in preheated 400-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with preserves or fresh or frozen fruit. May be baked in muffin tins, if desired.
