Mohnrolle Taken from the book entitled “Das beste Dr. Oetker Backbuch “ p. 159  Dough Combine these in a bowl using a hand mixer with dough hook till it comes together. Turn out on to floured boards and knead to a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky rest in refrigerator to rest for a time. Bring 250g milk to the boil Pour over 50g fined ground almonds Donated by Elke Trevethan
