      PALACHINKA   
        (crepe recipe)  
         
          2 cups flour 
          1/2 teaspoon salt 
          5 eggs 
          2 cups milk 
          Then add more milk to get correct consistency. 
           
          Pour batter into frying pan (like pancake batter) and remove after batter hardens. Fill with your favorite jelly, cinnamon and sugar, etc. and roll up crepe style. 
           
          To freeze: lay flat. Put plastic wrap in between layers, put in freezer bag.
