      German Thuringer Lunch Loaf  
            
             
  5 lbs cheap hamburger  
  5 tsp Morton Tender Quick Salt  
  2 1/2 tsp whole mustard seed  
  2 1/2 tsp course ground pepper  
  2 1/2 tsp garlic powder  
  1 tsp hickory liquid smoke         
          
          mix real well and refrigerate. Mix again each day for 3 days. On the 4th day roll into five round rolls. Put on broiler pan and bake at lowest setting of oven for 8 hours turning every two hours. Cool and wrap in freezer paper and foil to freeze. or refrigerate and slice to eat on sandwich or as we do. Crackers and cheese. Yummy
