SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE
1 bag of Sauerkraut
1 1/2 lbs of loose sausage
8 servings of mashed potatoes
1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Brown loose sausage until cooked completely. Place all cooked sausage in a 9 X 13 pan. Cover sausage completely with the bag of sauerkraut. Layer the mashed potatoes on top of the sauerkraut. Cover the mashed potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 mins
