Black Forest Cherry Parfait

Ingredients Per Person:

1 / 2 cup Left over chocolate cake
1 / 2 cup Chocolate pudding
10 pitted cherries, I usually use canned or jarred
1 cup sweetened whipped cream
1 tablespoon of shaved chocolate

Directions:

I started with some left over chocolate cake. and moistened it with some Kirschwasser.
You could use cherry brandy as well.

Put a quarter cup of cake in the bottom of the glass

Add half of the chocolate pudding

add 4 - 5 cherries

add 1 /3 of the whipped cream

Repeat all the steps, then top with Whipped cream and a cherry, and drizzle some of the cherry syrup if there is some that came with the cherries.

Add the shaved chocolate on top.
